Low Cost Cheesy Meatless Meal
To save money on grocery bills it is a good idea to have a meatless meal at least once a week. This meal is cheesy and satisfying, even though it doesn’t have any meat. Enjoy!
Low Cost Cheesy Meatless Bake
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ tsp salt
½ cup Bisquick
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1small can sliced black olives
1 cup sliced mushrooms
Combine all the ingredients and mix. Pour into a greased pan and level out with a spoon. Bake at 400 degrees for around 25 minuets. Let it sit for five minutes and serve. Makes 5 large servings.
Side Dish Suggestion: Jonathan’s Candied Brussel Sprouts
1 cup brown sugar
1 bag frozen Brussel sprouts (defrosted and drained)
2 cups water
1/4 teaspoon salt
Put the water in a medium sized microwavable bowl and add the Brussel sprouts, sugar, and salt. Microwave for five minutes and serve hot.
